    On July ******* I ordered a shed from Ricci Factory Direct . Was told 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Was told it would be built in sections at Riccis and then assembled on site at my home . Around August 8 after hearing nothing from them I started calling them to find out the status of my order . After getting no solid information from numerous calls. I left a message saying I wanted to cancel my order on Aug 22. A couple days later I was told my shed would be arriving that morning and the workers that afternoon. The shed consisted of a pile of materials that have been lying out in the weather since . The workers did come for a short time and left because they didnt have the right materials. . I have not seen them since and not heard from Ricci

    I purchased kitchen cabinets on 9/28/22 with an expected delivery date within 3 weeks. The owner refused to deliver stating he did not approve the purchase. I paid in full on 928/22, have the invoice and receipt. He delivered on 11/9/22 and several items were not in the order. I contacted him and he did not respond to calls or texts. I contacted the cabinet supplier, ********, on 12/1/22 and filed a complaint about the owner's misrepresentation of their products, missing items, and refusal to return my calls. My contractor was required to build the island/peninsula that the owner stated was included in the price. The initial cost to install the cabinets was $2500 with a 2 day time frame to complete the installation. Currently, the kitchen is not finished due to the missing items and the additional cost for materials and labor is $5200. I was charged for and island/peninsula that I did not receive, cabinet posts that were unfinished and not what I ordered. I was provided with spray paint for said posts.
