      They were called to look at our furnace. I suggested the motor or bearing was going. They of course agreed. So they replaced the blower motor with one that was not a match for my furnace. The wrong motor was also installed incorrectly. We could not use our furnace for a week. I confronted them that they had screwed me. Oddly enough they agreed. Most of my money was returned the very next morning. They still owe me over four hundred dollars. Also the "bad" motor was later tested to be OK.This guy is a *****!!!!

      AllPhase Heating&Cooling (AHC), address on their bill is *********************************************************, came here on 6/1/22 to fix a leak in our mini-split a/c unit. AHC didnt install it but had installed central air system & a furnace for us within last 2 yrs, both fully paid for, both working but 2 issues with the way pipes and drainage were done, owner **** agreed, promised to fix, but has not. However we felt he would, called him to fix the minisplit leak, on 6/1 his tech said there was no drainage syst leak but coolant was way low, refilling it would resolve leak, chgd us $1000 ($250/lb for 4lbs)+125 serv chg. Few days later leak still the same.Called ****, said he couldnt come &only option is replace unit, sent quotes ~$8000. I said it seemed only a drainage issue, asked for refund for coolant, pointing out the unit had been providing cold air no problem and 4lb of coolant in. *** 4.5lb unit at way above mkt price wasnt fair, he acknlgd if he was there wouldnt have refilled syst w/o checking why coolant leak&would need to figure something out. We called another HVAC firm for 2nd opinion, tech came midJune, took no more than 10 min to find drainage tube had been chewed open by mice, replaced it and charged $300, advised that coolant refill was uncalled for and prevailing R22Freon price was$100/lb. I researched, found mkt price range was $90-130/lb. Explnd all this to **** to get a refund, he wouldnt come here, too busy, many excuses, I made numerous calls/emails, **** around midJuly decided to refund $500. I told him that amount didnt sound fair but at least something. He wouldnt mail check, wouldnt return calls/msg sat points, i offered to pick it up many times, he last said hed drop it ~ 3 wks ago, havent seen/heard anything. This has gone on 3 months now and despite that he says he wants to refund us $500 shows no sign that he will.

      HI - thanks for your response.  Unfortunately, I have not heard anything from the business in response to my complaint.  Please advise.  Thank you.
