    ******** has worked w/ Prime Restoration & Remediation. since Jul 2021 & we have provided the background checks for several insurance carriers overseeing. During that time the management team has always been 100% attentive to getting these important reports completed & reviewed. The public can rest assured Prime Restoration & Remediation is doing their diligence for the customer. Prompt, Aware & open to suggestions.     PRIME Restoration & Remediation did a fantastic job cleaning up my flooded basement (more than a foot of water) in December. They were professional and hardworking. They made sure the job was done quickly and done well. I highly recommend them for cleaning up after a disaster.

    At first this company seemed great but it very quickly went downhill, from the poor communication to the poor attitude of the project manager. First, they removed mold and asbestos from my one bathroom. I was told that the bathroom would still be useable, only to get a call a few hours later that my only bathroom was demolished and not useable. This left me in a situation of having no place to live for 8 weeks. I would like to note that, they tore the bathroom out and didn't come back for 8 weeks - not that it took 8 weeks to complete the work. Once they came back it was only a few days.. The work was nice but they did not they did not complete all the work as we agreed. When I attempted to discuss this issue with the project manager & the billing department it was dismissed. I was ridiculed and at one point laughed at by the project manager. Although I have repeatedly requested a copy of the final breakdown of the work, I have yet to receive it.
