      I participated in a virtual visit with a MinuteClinic provider on March 26, 2024. Before the visit, I entered in my credit card number for billing. Today, 8/09/24, my bank account was billed for the visit "per payment agreement". I did not agree for this amount to be charged 5 months after the visit. There is no way to track charges or total fees on my MinuteClinic dashboard, so that I could have pain incrementally. Due to the unofficial-looking email I did receive (causing me to immediately check my account), I thought I my check card had been stolen. In fact, the email looked like a scam! I immediately called my bank and cancelled my debit card. This sudden charge, almost half a year (!!!!) after my visit, has caused hardship and stress, and is absolutely no way for a company to run its business. We could afford that visit back in March 2024, when I gave my check card information. But our financial situation as such today, we cannot afford this due to job loss and under-employment. This sudden charge and the stress that it has caused is unreasonable and unprofessional.

      I went to the Minute Clinic July 23, 2024. They took my debit card, and they said they will bill my insurance. They did bill my insurance, but my insurance paid the ***** from my HSA. CVS also charged my debit card. I have been on hold to speak to someone for 2 hours. Apparently, they do this a lot, and the hold times make it very difficult to get any help. I would like the money from my debit card returned.

      Recieved a bill today from Minute Clinic Diagnostics of Ohio LLC for $295.00 for a shingles vaccination. I scheduled the vaccination through CVS just like I have for the other shingles vaccine and my Covid boosters. I did not request a Minute Clinic visit, just a shingle vaccination. The system scheduled me with Minute Clinic. I waited over 30 minutes when I arrived on time for my appointment. My statement indicates that my insurance doesn't cover minute clinic visits. I never requested a minute clinic visit. Just a shingles vaccination. Tried to call customer service phone number and have been in queue for over 30 minutes.

      Took daughter for school vaccinations that our insurance covers 100% and a month later had debit for total bill. Called insurance company and it was never filed with them. What? How do you not file the insurance? Seems like a money scam to make patients pay out of pocket for everything.

      I went for a Covid test at MinuteClinic. I received a surprise bill in my email a week after and my card on file was charged. But my claim was incorrectly processed; there should be no charge to this visit according to my explanation of benefits (see screenshot). But there is no contact information or detailed billing statement on the email sent. No one answers the main customer service phone number at **************. MinuteClinic business needs to be shut down if they cannot process claims correctly and fix billing errors. I want my money refunded and compensation for lost time.

      On July 17 2024 I visited cvs minute clinic for TB skin test. I paid for the visit out of my personal account because my insurance information didn't go through. On July 19 2024, my next visit I paid the amount asked the same way. After few days I got email with 90 usd amount for the visit. I tried to reach them to address the issue they don't answer. Now I kindly request BBB to contact and resolve the issue on my behalf.

      I visited a *** Minuteclinic on January 30, 2024 to obtain a lipid profile test for the purpose of obtaining current results to compare to my historical values. I am 71 years old and fully understand what the test values mean. This is what I requested and I trusted *** not to take me to the cleaners.. The first bill I received was from Quest Diagnostics for $259.75. I had no idea that I would be receiving a bill from Quest Diagnostics. I called them to discuss and they let me know that if I had come into their office directly, I would only pay Quest Diagnostics a total of $120 for these tests! What's more, a Quest Diagnostics lab office is located closer to my house than the *** Minuteclinic. I went ahead and paid the $279 in full to Quest on April 22, 2024,but I felt cheated by *** who applied a 116% markup $139.75 to this lab test.After I paid that bill on April 22, 2024then I received an invoice from *** Minuteclinic for a total of $152.00! What? So drawing my blood and getting a lipid profile plus a metabolic panel was going to cost me a grand total of $411.79! That's ridiculous. I have now found out that I could have gone to a HEB Grocery Store Pharmacy and obtained the lipid profile for the grand total cost of $29.99. At no time were these costs provided to me during my visit. This is simply unreasonable price gouging.Then I received a revised bill that showed a Insurance Adjustment of $61.26 resulting in a remaining amount due to Minuteclinic of $77.74.I think that I and my insurance company have paid enough for this service ($259.75 and $61.26 = $321.01), and I do not want to pay any more money. The total that has been paid is over ten and a half times what I would have paid at HEB Pharmacy Clinic.I would also like to know if there which State of Texas agency I can make a formal complaint to..

      On. 7/17/2024 I had an appointment at Minute clinic. Which for 1St time wants to preform a wet mount vaginal exam. Then she says Ill send this out to be tested for 2 things. I thought this is included in a minute clinic appointment charge. She didnt advise me on anything about being charged for every test, and she requested 4 test. Total bill from Quest Diagnotics $857.32?? I never agreed to 4 tests or this price. I could have went to my doctor & been charged less or ***********************************. How do I dispute these charges?

      I've been trying to reach MINUTECLINIC DIAGNOSTICS OF ************ via their bill pay phone #************ regarding a billing dispute for two bills. I am still on hold waiting but 60 minutes in I figured it is time to try another venue. The issue at hand is I paid two bills via my banks on-line bill pay on 6/11 and 7/1. Both show the checks have cleared but I'm still getting texts that we are past due on yesterday received two statements dated 7/20/24 that are also saying we are past due. I very much want to get this settled. Prior to writing this complaint I also tried to reach athenahealth who is listed on the bills but their automated phone tree stated they cannot assist with billing and hung up on me. Which is crazy because I'm fairly certain they are the billing processing partner. It is now 75 minutes in and still on hold.

      I went to Minute Clinic to receive various tests because I was not feeling good on 10/23/2023. I paid my copay which was $30 and they said that was all I owed based on their system. Which is what I had previously paid for my minute clinic visits. I received a bill in the mail at my old address for $235 from a separate company for said testing and that my payment was overdue. I dont live at the address they sent that bill too, and I was never ever notified any other way that I owed anything other than my copay of $30 for that visit. I called the other company and they said that its CVS minute clinics fault, and I have been waiting on the phone for someone to answer to help me resolve this multiple times for several hours.
