      This prescription plan is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with in my life. They change their requirements to refill prescriptions regularly and my children are often without medication for days or weeks while it gets sorted out. CVS often changes what medications they are allowed to have and take them off of things that work well for them. They tell us they will fill only for 21 or 90 days so when 21 days is sent to the pharmacy it kicks back that only 90 days will be covered now. Its always something! We literally deal with this every 4-6 weeks and anytime we need to refill a prescription for anyone in the house. It has only gone smoothly once in two years. My children cannot keep going without vital medications because this company cannot get their act together. Do better, CVS Caremark!

      I have NO PROBLEMS with the Representatives answering questions and assisting me. My PROBLEMS are with the many unknown rules that CAREMARK has, without keeping the customers informed when problems arise. I have to watch their website everyday, numerous times to get information about any problems with filling my prescriptions. Recently, CAREMARK has been "out of or my medication is on backorder. They do NOTHING to assist the customer in locating a pharmacy that does have the quantity for even a 30 day prescription.

      After more than a year of using them, they still routinely fail to contact me if there is a problem with my order, and constantly miss bill me, charge my insurance wrong. I order my medicine every month, and every month I am on the phone with them for an hour trying to straighten this out.

      If there were a zero score to give, that it what they deserve. I was forced onto CVS Caremark by my employer. I received a cancer diagnosis 2 1/2 years ago and never once with previous plan was anything delayed or rejected. 2 months into CVS Caremark they seem to reject everything. And Im never notified. Both app and website say in process, when in fact they have rejected the prescription. Never a notice of rejection, it is reflected as pending. I have had to call and escalate through 8 different people in a single call, none of whom seem to have a clue, and you get a different story from each of them. Sometimes they outright lie. They just told me my oncologist called them to cancel the prescription which was a blatant lie. Absolutely the worst customer service, and truly a dreadful company to deal with. Ill be filing further complaints with state and federal authorities. Their business practices are not legitimate.

      Good morning, this is a complaint against a discrimination and racist complaint against **** and ****** at a particular cvs store in *****. She argued with me about prices and part three fingers up in my face and told me you've asked me three times ****** interrogated me about my trader ***'s coat and my ******** coat. This is wrong they didn't mistreat anyone else like this. This is the second time this has happened. And they're district manager knows all about it Someone from the corporate office of cvs please call This store needs to be closed. Amongst the infestation of Rats?? that eat off of the foods there. Just to let you know the complaint for this particular store is: ************************************************************************************************* and I have spoken to the corporate offices of cvs inef on Tuesday and she gave Me a report number. Ask someone to call me All of them need to be removed. **************************. And everyone else like them! Thank you no-one should be mistreated this type of way its wrong! Cvs corporate *** need to close this store!

      They are the worst. Different representatives will tell you different information from the previous ones. They just make up whatever they want. Also when you request a supervisor they just pass you back and forth between the different reps to try to get you to just hang up the phone. ****** is the absolute worst representative of them all.

      CVS sucks!!I have been a loyal customer to CVS for 36 years now I get my ***************************** from the store and I also go to the store itself and purchase a lot of stuff. Ive had extra Care plus for a long time and I could always get an ******** representative and they were very nice. I always had good customer service when I called in to corporate now when I call they have these overseas call centers taken calls and they are all horrible. CVS itself only cares about making a dollar they dont care about the ******** people they dont care about keeping American strong they care about making a dollar in the meantime oversees that they are working for them are idiots who dont know what theyre doing. I have nothing against the people personally because Amazon has a great call center themselves. CVS stinks so I cancel my extra care because Im not going to support a company this anti-********. Im not gonna support a company, that is only cares about making a dollar and not about taking care of people when you try to get in touch with headquarters they dont wanna hear it. You cant even reach them now they used to have an email now you cant even do that I am suggesting to all the people that read this that we boycott CVS. If theyre gonna oversea call centers to take the jobs away from ********* and also hire them when they cant even speak English that well ****** time that we make a stand for me personally, this is the worst Ive ever seen it I will start going to ********* because CVS sucks! They are anti-US veteran. That makes this company horrible. I would not recommend them for nothing. I wanna check out ********* from this point on because Im discuss it with the call center. I always get aggravated when I call its because they dont speak English very well CVS needs to learn from Amazon and also ******** because they have the best overseas call centers in the country and they are fantastic! Stay away from CVS

      These people are worthless and so out of touch. Have been filling scripts with no issue all last year and now all of a sudden I can't get anything without a prior authorization. I'm not sure how this has a BBB rating of B- unless that is the absolute lowest it will go.

      Been taking medication provided by my Dr for a medical necessity and CVS decides I don't need it. They denied coverage after 10 months of previously covering it with no problems but now are denying it because they see a loophole to exploit that saves them a ***** and costs me hundreds of dollars a month. To get my meds now instead of the normal $25 a month previously now it is $590 a month, what a joke of a company.

      Itd be a 0 if I could! These people/company are horrible. Weve been using the same medication for approximately 10 years. All 10 years its been filled monthly by CVS Specialty. We now have a new insurance company but they have given us and CVS a lifetime approval for CVS to fill it. I kept checking on the script and it said, in process for 3 days so I called. They refused to fill it and just sat on it instead of telling us they would not fill it. My new insurance company called them and they said no, were not filling it. Thank God for ********* because they are now taking over the script. I have always hated CVS for many reasons and this is the top reason why. They are horrible and I dont know how they stay in business.
