      Horrible. I never receive the same information twice. I spend so much time calling to fix their errors. They are a disaster.

      This friggin ** doesn't deserve a 1. My wife has went through h*** for years with her meds, they are not a Dr and they should not be able to tell a person what to take. They don't have meds in stock most of the time. I wished my ** would change ins **'s, UHC and get rid of CVS. A person should be able to go where they want to for their Rx's and not be told where to go. Thanks to ***** admin for this, BIG PHARM stinks.

      The Specialty pharmacy is horrible. My husband's most recent experience involved his "month long" prescription. His order arrived with one pill in each bottle for a month of anti-rejection medication. When he phoned the pharmacy, they said the order was only for one day of medication. We have had difficulty with prescriptions in the past being "no refills" But we know the doctor ordered 1 year of refills. Because we have insurance through the ******************, and we are required to use this pharmacy for the specialty medicines, we are roundly disgusted with their lack of professionalism and lack of integrity in making sure the medicines get to the patient as prescribed by the physician and in a timely manner. My biggest issue is the requirement that state employees use the *** specialty pharmacy. We should be able to choose the pharmacy rather than be limited to only one low performing agency.

      Terrible service. Not sure how they're able to operate legally. They're the only prescription insurance offered by every option available through my employer's health benefits, so I have no choice in the matter.They refuse to cover prescriptions through any pharmacy other than CVS, and of course there are no CVS locations near me. So every month I need to pay for transit to a faraway CVS location, and take the journey. The mail service alternative isn't an option for me, either, because not only is it more costly, but also they constantly have issues filling my prescriptions and the delivery delays constantly make it so that I'd be missing several doses of important medications.On top of all that, they constantly refuse coverage for medications my doctors have prescribed. At this point I'm just funneling money to them monthly for nothing in return.

      Horrible service... I have a zero balance, but they keep canceling my life saving medication every two months because they say I have a debt with them. I have to spend over an hour on the phone with several of their reps just to confirm there is no balance. They promise me this issue is resolved, but it still happens EVERY time I need my medication. Very frustrating for someone who pays all of their medical insurance and copays, just to have CVS jeopardize their life by withholding medication.

      If I could give negative stars I would. My husband's insurance changed to CVS Caremark/Specialty Pharmacy and it's been an absolute nightmare since. They never refilled my prescription on time so that threw my medication schedule off, and it was always due to insurance payments. They stuck me with a $3100 bill despite me being in a copay assistance program. Every time I called about a refill or this balance due I got the run around. "You need to call copay assistance" "They should have reached out to us but there's no record of that so this bill is yours" I would do everything asked of me, relay messages, call this person and that person. Every single time I called back and tried to resolve the issue the service rep would tell me I was incorrect, they know how to do their job, and they billed the claim correctly. I eventually had to quit taking my medication because of CVS and their negligence. Now, a year and a half later I'm still dealing with their s**** up but today the copay assistance finally told CVS what I've been saying since May 2022. CVS made the error. Copay assistance didn't receive their claims. I had way more than enough on my virtual card to cover the amount I "owed" plus some. However, CVS still won't set up delivery for my new prescription until this get resolved, even though my copay assistance told them what occurred. So here I sit, in pain and barely able to get through my day-to-day, waiting for my medication delivery to get set up while they do whatever it is they're doing. I absolutely HATE dealing with CVS Specialty. If anyone is on the fence about using CVS Specialty Pharmacy, RUN. DO NOT USE THEM. Not only do their employees not care about you and the matter at hand, they'll cause more stress and trouble for you than they're worth.

      Terrible service. Unorganized. Pushes you into mail order prescriptions only to charge over a $100/mo more than in-store. How is that legal? In the last 3 business days have spent over 2 hours on hold with them because they cannot figure it out. Terrible.

      CVS has failed me time and time again. I cannot emphasize enough how frustrating it has been to deal with them (not by choice - they have a monopoly). The issue almost caused me to abort an Ivf Cycle due to inability fulfill medication orders. There is absolutely no accountability or even mechanism to submit a ****** review. The entire process in dealing with them has been incredibly disheartening during this vulnerable time.

      They just sold me a $490 gift card. I go to open it and the numbers are scratched off. I paid cash. Now they won't give me my money back. I'm told it could take over 10 business days! Not only that completely rude!!!!
