I was banned from the ************* location on *************** on May 26, ********************************************************** the past. I know I would never, ever steal from any CVS Pharmacy. Even if I did steal, I would've set off their alarm. The supervisor with the black, curly hair told me that "I am not allowed in the store", even though I never did anything wrong. So, I called the store to see what happened. The manager on duty told me that I stole from them in the past. I would never steal from them. I told them that if this was about the day before (May 25), and I am not only careful in what I buy, but I pay for things. Management tell me that said theft was "plain and simple" and nothing more. I tried to back myself up, but management tell me "the theft was plain and simple". Avoid the CVS on Artesia/Rindge and take your money to another CVS. Management will accuse you of thievery.

I've been in the Carepass plan for a very long time. For the past six months or so I've attempted to use my $10.00 at CVS and been told each time that I wasn't in their system. Ironically they continue to take money out of my account for the Carepass plan. I've called numerous times and they always told me (their customer service is NOT in the **) that they fixed the problem and I can use the $10. I went today (reminder this has been going on for over 6 months) to CVS and again was told I was not in the system. Again they took the fee out of my account. I canceled the plan and told the person I spoke with that CVS stole money from my account and that I wanted to be reimbursed (for over 6 months). He said all they could do is allow - yes he said allow - me to have $10. WTF!!!! CVS *****, they are thieves. If you are with this crooked program get out while you can!!!

I went to the store today on break to buy detergent, i usually get it at Publix or ******* , but i had limited time and just went to cvs .. Listen, first i found either detergent is locked up or with a sign asking for assistance. i went and stood in line thinking its probably behind the register. After standing in line , the cashier told me she called someone over because its in the back .. Instantly i thought , WHY!!!! so she calls over the manager , who walked extremely slow all the way to the back of the store , took about 10 minutes, since i knew she walked slow i went to the back of the store . When she finally came out , i told her im here , i walked to her to grab it , as i will walk faster , can you believe this woman wrestled to not give it to me, and said people are stealing she cant. i looked at her like clearly im a paying customer , she did not care, i told her i will get to the front of the store faster than you will , im paying for it, she refused. on the slow way back to the front she stopped to help a customer find an item, now i had to wait longer . She made sure to hand it to the cashier as if i couldnt be trusted . Never in all my years have seen this. I get you are trying to prevent people from stealing from the shelf , but you are basically accusing anyone including myself of stealing , Never again! Very unprofessional, and lack of customer service. The amount of ignorance i came across !

This pharmacy charges TWICE what any other companies in my areas does. I have pictures for reference, but sadly theres no way to upload those. Even sadder is the fact that they have 1000s of customers overpaying. And itll just Keep being done, because no one ever Does anything.

      a) terrible app, very confusing.b) terrible virtual option... first you've to select a doctor, then enter all the information, upload your insurance card, just to find out, that doctor does not even have any availability. On top, impossible to amend the previous selected ***************** impossible to assign a "favorite" CVS pharmacy into your profile.d) terrible to no WiFi in CVS, although, highly praised.

The pharmacy at ******************************************* sent me a text that today, 5/21/2024 was the last day I could pick up my prescription. When I arrived, I was told by the pharmacist that it had been put back early and was not available for me to pick up. If I wanted to wait an hour, they could have it ready. Why would CVS send a text saying it was the last day? I asked the pharmacist and he said it was technically available until 8:00 PM (it was 5:50 PM at the time), but they had caught up and returned it at 4:00 PM. This is very disappointing when I drive to the store only to be told it's not available when I have a text in hand telling me it is available. Please stop sending text that are misleading or not true. This is definitely an area of opportunity for the pharmacist and pharmacy to correct their process which makes medication unavailable to customers after ********************** initiates a text to come pick it up.

The CVS in ********* at ******************** had no backup stock to fill the prescriptions being presented. What business only restocks when the last pill from the last bottle is gone? Restock when the current stock has at least 1 bottle in stock. Waiting in line for medication pickup with about 7 other customers were all told the same thing: not available. On gentleman's wife wasn't able to pick up her life saving heart and diabetes medications. Horrible way to operate. I've completely switched to Ingles (in our area). ********'s would have been fine also. CVS basically does not care about its customer base, and dumps them out, no warning.

I hate this pharmacy. If I had any choice in the matter they wouldn't have my business. The service is poor. They loose The refill orders and then they make you wait hours to get your prescription. They told my husband they are 3 weeks behind on refills . No wonder they are closing stores. No one wants them.

The service I received at the CVS located at ******************************************************* during my recent visit to pick up my prescriptions was abysmal.Upon reaching my car, I discovered a critical error: one of the essential medications I needed was missing from my bag. Returning to the store, I encountered a swift resolution from the female pharmacist, which I VERY MUCH appreciated. However, my experience took a nosedive due to the appalling behavior of a male pharmacist who wore a pair of black-rimmed glasses. His unprofessional and disrespectful demeanor was utterly unacceptable. When I requested to return an excess topical gel tube, he said "it's a hassle for us to process the return, so next time you'd better do it when you receive your medicine." His condescending remarks, including the suggestion that I should have foreseen the mistake, were outrageous. He should have known that the medicines were in a STAPLED bag, the contents were concealed. This is not the way to treat a customer even if I made a mistake,... no wonder this [harmacy is rated so low. I would have given a minus review if I could. The female pharmacist saved it.
