The property management team here is completely unhelpful, rude, harsh and mean. They don't return calls. They are trying to bill my daughter for a leak behind the walls but there was no leak found in her unit. They are complete bullies!! I will take this to small claims court if this bill is not removed from her account. It says right on the bill, did not find an active leak. Also trying to charge $372 to fix a hole that wasn't even in her ceiling. Horrible experiences!!

Hello, this is a condominium, and all final decisions are made by the Board of Directors not First Choice Property Management. We had to cut a hole in the unit below because water leaked through the ceiling. We did not find any active leaks, but we did find that the wood and drywall were still wet from the unit above. We explained that it may not have been an active leak but may have come from a drain back up in the bathroom, either from the tub, sink or toilet, which is directly above the wet area. The Board was updated and decided it was a unit owners' responsibility because there was no other way for water to get to that area other than the unit above.G. M.

The management company tells us that it is the boards decision. The president of the board said its the management company's decision. Someone is lying. Next is small claims court if this can't be resolved.First Choice Property Management, Inc

Good morning, it is the Board of Trustee's decision to make. They met on Tuesday and discussed the issue. They voted unanimously that it is a unit owner responsibility.
