This review is for Dale B******** who preformed my quarterly maintenance on 2/5/25 Wednesday.
He is very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, conscientious, kind and thoughtful.
He explains what he is doing and always shows concern for his customers.
Dale mentions to contact Aiken Pest Control for any concerns I have and that they will be back to assist in any way possible.
It’s always a pleasure to have Dale come to my house to do the maintenance.

Brent came by today and treated our home. He was very thorough, polite and courteous and explained in detail what he would be doing. He told us after the service what he had done and asked if we had any question, he then gave us his card and indicated to call him re any issues or additional questions. Randie of Aiken Pest Control came over on time for our scheduled appointment. As usual, he was professional and very pleasant. He was sad to learn that our golden retriever had died in November 2024.
In addition, he pointed out a missing tile underneath our roof and noted that an animal could get in. We are always happy with his services to our house and yard.Aiken Pest Control

My Service technician **** Alex came this morning to do my Quarterly Pest Control. Alex is an amazing young man and is well equipped to do his job. Alex has superb communication skills and after he did the Quarterly Pest Control he came back to the door and explained everything that he did and told me that all was fine and that he would see me again in three months. He is very professional in all that he does. And always does an excellent job - that is why I request to have him come to my house. Aiken Pest Control should be proud to have Alex * *** as their employee
