      We worked with Blue Moon Estate Sales of Anderson SC, Sue G***** (owner), when selling items from our home. After the sale was completed and we were to receive payment within the week, there was zero communication from estate sale company regarding when we would get paid as well as when we would receive the report of sales, even though we asked for this. After about a month, we finally received 2 checks for payment. One of the checks bounced. Now the owner has ghosted us and will not return texts or calls to make right for the bounced check they sent us. I have copies of all communication to prove their unwillingness to resolve the issue. As well as the continued excuses they have made to avoid payment. We also asked about the sale of some larger items that were not Included in the sales report and would like clarification on how much those sold for as we do not believe we were reimbursed for those items. Very unprofessional of the owner, who does not meet any of the core values of the company they represent/franchised with.

      I'm sorry but you have the wrong franchise.  Blue Moon Estate Sales is franchised and has independently owned and operated franchises.  You have filed the complaint against Blue Moon Estate Sales of Greenville, owned and operated by Jonathon & Jeannette T***** whereas you are talking about and appears that you were under contract with Blue Moon Estate Sales of Anderson, owned and operated by Sue and John G******  They can be contacted at *************  If they are unresponsive, please reach out to Nick S**** at ******************************  Nick is their field business consultant and should respond to your concerns.
