In April, my daughter's AC in her 2011 Honda CRV stopped working. We took it to get it checked at Express Oil Change. They said that there was a problem with the compressor, and charged us $732.10 to get it fixed. When the compressor was replaced, they had my daughter bring the car back a few days later to make sure that everything was working good. She took it back and the worker said everything looked good. She drove the car for about two weeks, and the AC stopped working again. Freon started to leak from underneath the car. She took it back to Express Oil Change to get it looked at, and they said they thought it might be a faulty compressor. She went back the next day, and sat in the office all day thinking that the workers were fixing her car. When I got off from work I went to pick her up and then I sat there until closing time. At the end of the day, they said they couldn't get anything fixed because something was still leaking. We decided to take the car to ********* in Anderson SC. They checked the car and said that the AC compressor that Express Oil Change put in was not the right compressor for the car and that it had damaged other things in the car. They billed us $2,712.61 for the repair. Not only did both my daughter and I waste valuable time at Express Oil Change, but we talked to the manager about getting a refund, and have not heard anything back. They said they would contact us back and never did. The AC compressor was wrong the whole time. During the time of repairs, my daughter didn't have a car to drive. She had to find rides to school which caused a lot of unnecessary stress. She also couldn't go to work those days that the car was being repaired. We both spent a lot of our time at Express Oil Change, and it just made our problem even worse.
