    Beware of the $500 deductible in the fine print if they damage your furniture . They broke our 19 month old 86LG TV and dont want to give us full value minus the $500 deductible. I keep asking (2nd email request) for how they valued our TV but they remain silent. Going to take them to small claim court. Also, they never answer the phone. Filled a damage claim and it took 9 weeks to get a check which is wholly inadequate to cover a new 86 TV of same quality.

    Quality of packing and move-Poor; non-professional packing, beer stolen from refrigerator by packers, packing not completed as per promised schedule. partial delivery on date contracted-remainder was delivered a week later, boxes not placed in correct rooms or taken to storage as labeled. Some outdoor items never packed and had to be left for new owner.Final charge 100% over original estimate ( 65% over revised estimate); mover claims all estimates within 5% +/-. No response to multiple letters requesting explanation.. The move was in August 2021.Do not trust this mover without GUARANTEED FINAL PRICE.
