    ****** ***** AKA ***** SCAMMED ME OF $1200. HE WAS SUPPOSE TO WORK ON MY ROOF. HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE TO START THE WORK SO I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK. HE HAS BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND EVERY SINCE. HE IS A FAKE CONTRACTOR THAT PREYS ON POPLE. HIS WORK ADDRESS IS HIS HOME WHICH IS A RAGGEDY TRAILER WITH A BLUE OR GREY MALIBU PARKED IN THE ****** THIS IS JUST A SIDE HISTLE TO HIM BUT MAKES PEOPLE NOT TRUST OTHERS BECAUSE OF HOW HE IS. **** LICENSE SHOULD BE TAKEN IMMEDIATLEY.

    ******************* deposited $1200 onto her account on September 11, 2024 ****************** was informed that material Would be obtained the day before Work begins on 9/12/24. However In this case the material was not Purchased until the morning of 9/12/24. ***************** called me on the morning of the 12th at 8:30 AM. I informed her that I was running late but I would arrive there later today. After that phone call I proceeded to go to Lowes and purchase the material necessary to do the job at her house,. When we arrived at *************************, we told her we were there and she informed us that she just wanted a refund. I told her as soon as ***** put the money back on the credit card after returning the material we would issue a refund. A refund was issued to ******************* on September 17, 2024 at 4 PM of $1000. $200 of her $1200 deposit was nonrefundable as stated in Ms ******** contract. Also, on September 12 between the hours of 8 AM and 1 PM ***************** dialed my phone and rang it 51 times. Thats correct 51 times, and has repeatedly dialed the number nonstop. At 4:30 PM on September 17, 2024 ***************** has received a refund of $1000. And to address the comments on her review, Double HH Construction did not scam her out of $1200, did show up at her house to perform the work although we were late, is a legitimate company not having a side hustle going on, but actually makes a living at this occupation, and is a licensed contractor with the state of ***************.. Ms ******** refund was issued within four business days from the time it was received on 9/11/24. Refunded on 9/17/24. Double HH Construction has over 200 satisfied customers as our number one goal is customer satisfaction and we will continue to do quality work and not stop until our customers are happy. We regret that this was not the case with ******************.
