      This business did my 2023 tax return. I didn’t like the service I received so I did not contact them to do 2024. Since February 10th I have been reaching out to G*****, a supposed professional, to access my last year tax return in order to move. It is currently February 19th! This is very time sensitive and he has only been giving me the run around and not responding to my messages. When I called he sent me a short message saying “please text me”. I did. No response again. At this point it’s adding more stress to the moving process than it has to be and now I’m using bank statements to try to apply for new homes because I don’t have my return that I paid $200 for.

      The tax return is on her portal, she can print it off at her convenience . We are not allowed by IRS rules to email it .

      G***** is so conscientious of his clients that he gave a good many of them his personal cell phone number. This is the height of tax season and she was calling his personal cell phone. I'm the secretary and she did  not once try the business phone number or leave a message for him to return her call. We strive hard to maintain our good reputation and please our clients. She could have called the office or came in , instead of going straight for a bad review.
