      I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape from this dealership in October 2024. The very next day the car would not start. Something is killing the battery. I called the owner the very next day, he could have cared less, did nothing. The car has not been able to run two consecutive without the battery being killed. It has been in the shop for the last 3 months and Ford cannot even figure out the problem. I would love to exchange the vehicle, but it seems like this a norm for business. I'd like my money back or another vehicle.

      Purchase a 2020 Nissan kicks September 12th 2024 with a powertrain warranty for 90 days with less than 300,000 MI. Transmission started acting up within a week of purchasing the vehicle. I went to Brad Windham dealership and advised them of the circumstances regarding the vehicle and they advised me that there is nothing that they can do I would have to go through the warranty company and take it to a place that will be able to fix the transmission took the vehicle to the Nissan dealership the Nissan dealership called the warranty company and the warranty company advised me that there is nothing they can do because it was a pre-existing problem with the vehicle trying to get this issue resolved. Warranty company as well as Windham is failing to assist with the problem that I am having no answer or no call back

      I bought a car for this dealer on Wednesday 8-23-2023 and less then 24 hours the check engine light came on . I call the dealership and the told me they would call me back to help with the problem. no one call me for 5 days. I call everyday and still the same answer. Monday will told to take it to a shop and have it check out. The shop said the transmission was bad and need a new one . The code was clear out before I bought the car. Now they don't want to help or answer me. This is a 12,000 car I pay cash for and refuse to giveback my check .
