    He gets nothing nice from us!!we are legally pursuing him to refund our money due to his thousand excuses of why he couldnt complete a job that we paid in full to him!! hes a thief in my eyes and from what ive heard hes done A LOt of people like this!!!!!

    I am a 76 year old disabled vet who supports a disabled son. I have COPD among other health issues and my son has had 3 strokes. A friend of mine recommended this company to me when my compressor gave out 2 years ago. They sent out a tech and I was told they would get back to me. THEY DID NOT! I tried again this year, SAME RESULT! I wouldn't depend on this company to turn on a fan for me! They are as dependable as a f*rt in a windstorm! I was being gracious with giving them one star since there is nothing lower.

    ****** I think you left outa few of your illnesses like Dementia or Alzheimer's. Because on 3/22/22 when we came out initially to check your air conditioning system that was made in ****. Someone had built ************ it and the compressor was bad. We gave you a price on a new system or replacing the compressor and moving the condensing unit from under the deck. You informed me that you could not afford those repairs or the replacement at that time I informed you at that time if i had a used unit or came across on we would let you know. Now if we were that bad I'm sure you would not call for our service again But you have a quite a few other times and twice in the past few weeks on two different plumbing problems in your kitchen. Every time you have ever called Air Rescue we have responded to you either same day service or within 24 hours from the time you've called... And again thank you for your service

    He overcharges! He replaced a toilet flap and took less than 10 minutes at my house. He charged me $355. He had already changed it too before giving me the price.

    The price was given to her son which was the only person there and he was on the phone with her. However we refunded her the amount of $160. We use flat rate pricing we have a minimum fee that is charged that covers the material, labor and service fee in the category that she needed for repairs. Which was $395 - 10% as a repeat customer which brings that down to $355. 50 once she got home and seen what we actually had done I guess she figured she could do it herself. But she called for the service call she said it was an emergency and because she was a repeat customer we moved her ** in front of the next call and was at her house within the hour. But as of this morning we did refund her money of $160 and only charged her the service call fee of $195 and she got the repair at no cost.
