    HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! RUN AND RUN FAST. They don't even deserve the 1 star I had to give to leave this review. They installed a pool at my home and within months everything showed it self. My pool looks 10 years old and its only 2 yrs old. All the coping is leaning and dividing because they never installed rebar like they were supposed to. It rained when they poured concrete and never came back to fix it. My husband told them once concrete was poured to come back and cut the concrete so it won't crack as the concrete shrinks or expands while drying. They failed to do this and now there are cracks on our patio and coping everywhere. They never cut the concrete until after the fact. They put this putty between my coping and patio which is tearing up and looks A HOT MESS. (I have pictures to prove it on google).Got all my money and ran. The mud from under coping is running into my pool. The liner locker is coming out and the glue they used to install liner locker is stuck to my liner. They never ordered the right color liner we asked for. My lights in the pool stopped working. One year after the install they never had the county come and do the final inspection so we had to schedule this to get completed. While working they never showed up on time, always scheduling others over us, or never showed for weeks at a time. Our pool is unsafe and we had to hire attorneys to get involved. I promise you, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN, THEY LIE JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY AND then pass your calls off to his daughter to deal with. My pool looks HORRIBLE and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. NO ONE EVER. I MEAN RUN AND RUN FAST!!!!!!!! Until You do right by people, nothing good will come to you. What I mean is what you sow, you shall reap.

    Had pool Guys from ***************** Install an above pool 33 foot round if had to do it all over I would not have chosen a his company.. for one first 2 days of installing pool our pool liners busted after paying to have it filled.. then it took them like 6 weeks before they put the new one in. Also they did not put enough sand on the ground for the pool and now we have weeds growing in the pool liner so all our water is gone. I climbed in to check it out there is grass that had come through in several places and the sand is not even around the edges of the pool. Would he put the new pool ladder in? They did a horrible botched up job when youre not on the spot watch them 24 seven when I was at work and working at the hospital couldnt be here, but I would not recommend that company for nobody but now he told me that the pool liner is not even warranty. I was told it has a 25 year factory warranty. Pool guys is one of the worst pool companies I have ever felt with..
