      I was referred to this place by ************** as they are an authorized JD retailer and service center supposedly. ************** advised any JD authorized center can work on a warrantied lawn tractor. I called and spoke with **** and explained to him Ive had bad service from another local business and wanted to give them service and have them look over my mower because it appears to have a bad carburetor. He said no problem at all he will transfer the call over to have a pick up scheduled. He transferred the call and the line hung up on me. I called in 15 more times before someone would pick up. **** explained he was there by himself and he gave me the phone number ending in **** to speak with service to schedule a pick up. Then comes ****. This man was absolutely a disgrace. He was rude and disrespectful. He over talked me. Refused to hear me out and he said because I didnt buy my mower from ****, their policy is they will not be willing to service the warranty on my machine. I attempted to explain to **** that ** told me that they should be able to service my machine under warranty. He said since *** dealt with another company before they have no interest in helping me with this issue. I asked for his manager. He said youre speaking to him. I called back again and I spoke with ***** wife. I tried to tell her that he was being rude and asked her if what he advised was true and their policy. She refused to comment and said she would call back. Never did. I called **** Deere to report this company. If you are looking for help servicing your **** Deere equipment, do not expect the service youd expect when dealing with **************. Absolutely awful experience.
