      I purchased e gift cards totaling in $140 so I can use to make a purchase.
      I needed away to use two separate cards so a gift card and my own debit seemed the way to go.
      They say it could take 24-48 hours to process. They canceled it 4 days after and when I contact the card I used to see if I've received my money back they tell me nothing is in the process. This has cost me not getting items on sale totaling in 86 dollars items out of stock now plus my $140 I reached out and no one has showed concern or care or sometimes they don't even respond.
      Everyone has been unprofessional and it's really disappointing because I was really looking forward to the highly reviewed services and products

      This customer's orders were flagged as fraudulent in our system and have been closed for refund. The original purchasing card used on these purchases will be refunded as soon as possible

      It wasn't a fraudulent purchase and over the phone the rep said they have no reason. I have yet to receive any notification that the refund was processed it's been 10 days and 3 since it was claimed to be"fraudulent" none of this shows care for rude and non responsive customer service.

      At this time the orders have been canceled and refunded. We are sending the customer credit memos showing proof of the refund for all 3 orders. If the customer wishes to repurchase the items they could do so at this time.
