      There is no complaint regarding the service received—the representative was courteous and straightforward, and provided the requested information. However, I do have a significant concern regarding the complete lack of communication from UPS in relation to the order for which I contacted customer service. Since July 11, neither Palmetto nor I have received any updates about the status or location of the shipment. It is unacceptable for a company of UPS’s national stature to misplace packages and, moreover, to be unable to provide any information about their whereabouts. This reflects poorly on the company. Aside from that issue, the service itself was satisfactory.

      I would like to mention before I review the traditional customer service I would like to mention the AI customer service bot was a tad confusing on what it wants to hear I tried wording things one way vs another and it wouldn’t understand so I resorted to unga bunga noises. On the other hand when I was transferred to a person I was provided great service and help, Janet was extremely friendly, and helpful with assisting in my questions and if she didn’t have an answer she took down my contact information and she’ll get back to me after some internal communication which I really appreciate. I’m happy to know that if there’s something the team doesn’t know they look for confirmation rather than assuming, I appreciate that a lot. As well Janet was extremely attentive and understanding of my questions/concerns, this isn’t my first time doing business with PSA and it won’t be my last they’ve remained having amazing customer service. Maybe work on the ai but other than that I had a great experience.
