      Donald was veery helpful in informing me that I was the subject of fraud due to a false Palmetto website on ********! While Donald did a good job, I believe that Palmetto should have placed an add on ******** warning potential victims like myself that the add is false. It would have saved me $125.

      This company is amazing. Not only do they make awesome guns at affordable prices they stand behind the firearms. They also stand for the 2nd Amendment and put their money where their mouth is.

      I called a couple times. Once for a return and the second time for a shipping update. I forget the first gentleman's name but the second agent was Janet and they were both extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly. I feel they have good quality PSA inventory also.Every transaction with Palmetto has been great and I'll continue to do business with them to exercise my 2nd amendment!!! Thanks PSA!!!

      The person I had the dealing with was Melissa. She was very helpful and assisted me in every possible way, took care of my issue and for that, I really appreciate her. Palmetto State has been on top of my list for years and I have made many purchases from them, and will continue to shop there regularly.

      I usually have a good experience with psa. I ordered a firearm over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t come. It said shipped awhile ago and I messaged the help center. No one got back to me but that same day I got an email that said “shipped” again. Just very frustrated. I get 95 percent of my firearms and accessories from psa.
