  I ride the bus here there. Because I traveled with my job. But yesterday August the 12th bus 83L /84. Skip the whole entire route. The bus was parked at the transit station about 30 minutes before it's jumped to the next route. The young lady that was riding a bus didn't want to honor all the expired transfers And requested money from those specific passengers. That witness her sit there and wait for the specific bus. And the?
  Sad part about it was.It was no use complaining to whoever was the director that day. Lighter skin.
  Gentleman with long dreads.
  Act like he didn't even care like it was the normal.. He actually sat on the bus with her for about 15 minutes door wide open.Turning all the passengers away telling us to wait Until she pulls up. When I tell you this bus system has gotten completely out of control.It's ridiculous. And to think some of us don't have to ride the bus.We choose to ride the bus. There's a lot.
  Of wonderful bus drivers. That drive for the comment, but on the other hand the shin lady was very rude and was not willing to accommodate her passengers when we saw her sit there for 30 minutes.
  Skip the whole entire route. And then denied us access to the bus because our transfers were expired.
  Do to know fault of our own.
  It was because the 618pm 83 l 84 never made it's route. For that specific hour. I myself was at the transit against 6 o'clock. And the complaint does not stop here with me. I think that bus driver that director for that specific day or time frame needs to be Held accountable..

  This company is very unprofessional. I tried to call and tell route info. About bus was early and she was rude and not trying to understand or hear me out...I asked for a manager and she click me to voicemail before I finish speaking which is rude.....Bus drivers act like your bothering them or they hate the bus riders....if we didn't catch the bus you want have a job....Next thing I'm gonna do is report them to department of of transportation for unsafe driving conditions solely based on my experience....

  They are supposed to provide service for handicap and/or disabled individuals, that makes it convenient for us to access public transportation similar to that for a person who isn't disabled. There is nothing convenient about it, sometimes requiring an individual to plan their trip that requires handicapped transportation a week or more in advance. As a disabled individual that needs to utilize Dart The Comets sudsidiary) transportation I find it quite aggravating and it heightens my stress level. Something needs to be done about this.
