    Our technician is amazing. He is very customer service oriented. He always checks in with me before and after service to identify problems and keep me up to date on what he's done. His disposition is very pleasant, always smiling and helpful. Very impressed by him.

    Technician Steve P did the annual inspection a few months ago and replaced the bait in 3 or 4 canisters in the yard. He was very knowledgeable of the technical aspects of the treatment and took the time to explain the details. He was very professional and friendly.

    Sam T. was here this morning to do a mosquito treatment. She was courteous and efficient and fully explained the treatment she was about to do. She inquired if I had any pets, which I do not and her smile was much appreciated.
