      When I My property 2 years ago best home and property services sent me a contact in the previous owner's name stating that I had one more inspection left under the contract so I allowed them to calm and do determine inspection then they build me a $132.65 I called them up and told them that this was part of the previous contract they told me no it wasn't that I was responsible for the inspection so I said okay I will pay that but I do not want any more inspections I do not need your service ********** manager told me that this wasA South Carolina law that I had to have a termite inspection I told her I did not want their servplease cancel the contract. 1114 I return home to find best home and property service truck in my driveway i asked them to leave my property the representative said i just suspected your property you have no termites i said i did not ask for your service please leave my property.
