      The boat we were given was not listed on the website, "but they gave us a deal". the boat had some issues not to mention that the boat called for a larger motor then the one they had installed. Called them the next day on the 3rd, but due to the july 4th holiday they had nothing to offer us as a replacement so we were instructed to bring the boat back first thing on the 5th and they would look at it, and swap out the boat, if needed. After arriving,we were told there would be no boats to switch to until later in the day and that they would call us to come back again to pickup new boat. After 3pm amd no contact, I reached back out and was told that the boat we were told we were switching into was not going to be back until saturday. So we just planned on keeping the boat and cruising around and no tubing So after tons only confusion, different versions of the same conversation, JR decided to finally get involved. He was very rude, very unprofessional and said that he just wanted us to bring back the boat After talking with him, he just kept saying to bring back the boat and that he would refund our money. We did not have the boat with us and we left. After talking it over, we decided to turn the boat in the next morning as JR instructed and get the refund. No one was there to check us out, we were told to park the boat and that JR would call us. No one ever did, I called and texted to figure out when I was going to be refunded my money and never recieved a response. So in the end we rented a boat for a week, only used the boat for 2 1/2 days. Let it sit for another one and brought it back and were charged for the entire week. After another week of attempting to contact them, i was told to give more time to get my refund. Called again, Jennifer told the owner was out of town and i had to wait till monday.Then was disconnected. They called back and JR was on the line and told me that I signed a contract and I would not be getting a refund
