    ***** continues to post videos about being a non judgmental hair stylist, how she suffers from anxiety, and how she is a safe place. However, after I was her client for 5 years, she became friends with someone who did not like me for a poor decision made in my past. I messaged her when I found out and told her how unprofessional it was to speak about a client with her friends and furthermore she has continuously declined my request and down payments for an appointment. It actually feels very judgmental, and the information she was provided was not true, nor from me. So if you have any type of past and struggle with anxiety, PTSD, OCD you arent in a safe place, she just wants to pretend you are so she can talk about yall behind your back to her friends and silently judge you (and then start denying your appointment requests because she thinks she is better than you). No one should ever have to feel this way as a paying, loyal, long time customer.
