Caution is advised regarding ***** tire purchases. Despite my girlfriend lacking ownership of my vehicle, she was persuaded into buying tires from ***** in ************ without my consent. Initially told they were new, she later discovered they were used. Despite her not being listed on the vehicle title, she signed for the tires, disposing of mine. With no income verification, she agreed to $50 weekly payments for the used tires, totaling about $800. Upon learning, I covered the payments, expecting it to settle the debt. Yet, calls persisted demanding more money, even after an additional $700 payment. Despite attempted settlements, conflicting amounts were given, and manager calls were delayed. Representatives even visited our home, unaware of prior discussions. This company preys on vulnerable individuals, exploiting their desperation, low income, or naivety. Its questionable how signing for tires on a vehicle not belonging to them is legal. Additionally, they exceeded the legal limit of collection calls and contacted her family members regarding payments. Please cease home visits and calls immediately.

On 5/25/23, I went to RNR with a slow leaking tire. They said they couldn't get Bridgestone brand to match, so I decided to get 4 new tires. They suggested Nexen which I had never heard of, but agreed to go back after work the next day to get them put on. I called ahead advising enroute and still ended up waiting over an hour and a half. I decided at that time, I'd just get the tire to match instead of replacing all four. I advised them by phone and email Saturday morning 5/27/23 that I wanted a refund of $715.20. It was Memorial weekend so figured it would be refunded on Tuesday. On 5/30/23, I checked my Citibank account and noticed the refund was pending. On 5/31/23, I checked in the morning and the refund was gone. I called Citibank and they advised the refund had been withdrawn. I again emailed RNR about the error. They responded stating they would contact their corporate office to see what happened. I have not heard back from them. I have not taken possession of the tires, so should immediately be refunded the full amount.
