    Had my truck painted by them roughly 5 years ago they told me after they painted my truck that all work was guaranteed for as long as I owned the vehicle. I did not have them put it in writing because he told me he would take care of anything that was wrong in the future if anything occurred well the paint all started peeling off my truck and bubbling up, about three years in gotten touch with them. They said they were shorthanded they would get back to me a year in a couple of months went by still never heard anything. I tried calling him chip got a very smart attitude on the phone was very disrespectful did everything he could just to get me off the phone so he wouldnt have to repair anything he would not honor the lifetime warranty. He gave me. He asked me for a copy of my receipt over the phone I gladly did that there was nothing wrote down for warranty, so basically, he lied to me when I needed to get some stuff repaired that did not hold up , so they would not fix it after I talked talked to Art

    **** and his team are amazing! He was very honest and kept in contact with on the progress of my repair. His costs are reasonable and is willing to work with you to make sure you are getting the best value whether you are paying out of pocket or going through insurance. I would absolutely recommend using Metrolina Collision in *********, ** as they were recommended to me!
