    I had them make a simple for box for my father **** Medically retired from Korean War. I was instructed once it arrive remove the backing and then take off plastic inside to hold while in transport. I say don't use these them they over charge and the when you go to put the backing on the frame it wont stay too lose and the corners fly up. Additionally they missed spots on the USMC emblem it a sticker on it still. Missed a spot in staining the wood, inside the glass. So now I have asked for 100 USD Back because I will have to go to a reliable place in Vero Beach FL to anchor the corners down. So what type of quality control is being done.

    They would return a jacket i sent back. Said it was used when i received it from them in that condition
