      Consumer: ********* ********
      Complaint ID: ********

      Dear Ms. R*****:

This letter is in response to the above-referenced complaint filed with your office on February 28, 2023,
and received by our offices on March 1, 2023.

Ms. ******** obtained her account from our Waynesboro, GA office on July 21, 2016, in the amount of
$837.00 and agreed to repay it in (9) monthly installments of $93.00 beginning August 21, 2016. Six
payments totaling $689.27 were received on the account. The account was charged off due to non-
payment on October 16, 2017, and the date of first delinquency is listed as February 28, 2017.

Unfortunately, after unsuccessful attempt to assist Ms. ********, due to lack of payments World did
place her account with a third-party collection agency, **********, LLC in August of 2020. One payment
of $119.35 was received from the collection agency on July 28, 2022.

In Ms. ********’s complaint she stated that World is in violation of 15 U.S. §1681, FCRA §602 (a) and 15
U.S. §1681, FCRA §604(a)(2) which are regulations by which credit reporting agencies (“Agencies”) are
subject to. World is not an Agency, nor do we publish credit reports. World’s obligation under FCRA is to
furnish accurate account information to the Agencies. Based on the review of the account, the
information furnished to the Agencies is correct.

As always, World seeks the opportunity to assist Ms. ********. In addition, she may contact **********,
LLC at ************** or World directly by visiting any branch or by calling our Customer Care center at
************** so that we may attempt to be of further assistance.

      Sincerely,

I opened a loan with this company May 2022. I have refinanced a few times. My problems started October 2022.I went in and made a payment of $129 on my loan October 2022 I has a $10 late fee because I was given the wrong information. I was told my balance was $746. When I went in for my Novembers payment the balance was off. So I decided I was not paying again until my balance was adjusted. Nov/Dec was late. I lost my receipt so I couldn't prove my balance was incorrect. NONE of this reported to my credit. January I decided to just make the account current. I refinanced then. February 6, 2023 I get a notification from Transunion that World Finance reported I opened and closed a loan in December to January. And in January to Feb. I opened another loan. There were a total of 3 reporting to Transunion which caused my credit score to drop 56 points. This company also reported my balance was $888. I have NEVER had a balance of $888. This is a violation of fair credit reporting. (FCRA). I NEVER gave this company permission to run my credit or report to it. This is also a violation of TILA. Fair Credit billing act. There are definitely calculation errors. You can not give me one amount and report to the credit bureau a different amount. I have attempted to contact the cooperate office but no one answered.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

This is not true. I went into the office to meet with the district manager as she told me to meet with her. I have everything recorded. She did not show up.. I showed every bit of proof that it was reported to the credit agency that I had an $88 loan I will attach the picture. That is against me truth and lending act and it is against the fair credit debt practice.  On February 16th 2023 I did dispute this with TransUnion. How would the credit agency get the amount if it wasn't reported?  I was threatened if I file a complaint with the consumer financial bureau that the company would not do any more business with me as if I want to.  This company caused my credit score to drop 56 points based on lies.

      Dear Ms. R*****:

This letter is in response to the above-referenced complaint filed with your office on February 07, 2023, as received
by our office on February 08, 2023.

In her complaint, Ms. **** states that her account(s) are no reporting or are incorrectly reporting with the Credit
      Reporting Agencies (“Agencies”).

Based on our investigation, Ms. **** has obtained four loans with World with dates of 3/30/22, 7/11/22, 10/3/22
and 1/21/23. World is only reporting information about those accounts to the Agencies. Two late fees were
assessed. One for a missed payment in December and January. However, at no time was a delinquency status
reported as no payments were late by more than 90 days. Please find attached the account payment histories.

In her complaint, Ms. **** states that a loan in the amount of $888 was being reported to TransUnion by World.
World can find no evidence on Ms. ****’s tradelines that a balance of $888.00 was furnished. World has no record
of an $888 amount borrowed by Ms. ****. However, one of her accounts, ************, did at one time have a
      payoff balance of $875.30.

Ms. **** states that she did not give World permission to perform a credit inquiry. Attached you will find Ms.
****’s signed credit application authorizing World to check her credit. The below language can be found on page 1
      just above Ms. ****’s signature.
“You are authorized to check my credit, my current and future residence, and employment history and to
answer questions about my credit experience with you notwithstanding that I may have exercised my right
      under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Privacy Act.”

In this complaint, Ms. **** states she as attempted to contact our corporate offices, but no one answered. In a
separate complaint, Ms. **** stated she requested no further contact be made to her or her reference contacts. As
such, World marked Ms. ****’s accounts with a cease contact.

As always, World seeks the opportunity to assist Ms. ****. Based upon her request, we will not contact her directly.
Should she need information beyond this response, we encourage her to call our Customer Care center at 1-888-

Mr. ******** is requesting the validation of the contract for this account. Mr. ******** was provided a

This letter is in response to the above-referenced complaint filed with your office on February 06, 2023 and the
subsequent rejection received by our offices on February 10, 2023

World Acceptance Corporation (“World”) is not a Debt Collector as defined by the Fair Debt Collection Protection
Act (“ACT”). Rather, World is the Creditor for the above listed account number (“Account”). Please find below,
those terms as defined by the ACT. The full Act can be found on the Federal Trade Commission’s website at
      www.ftc.gov.
      § 803. Definitions
As used in this subchapter --
      (4) The term "creditor" means any person who offers or extends credit creating a debt or to whom a debt
      is owed,
      (6) The term "debt collector" means any person who uses any instrumentality of interstate commerce or
the mails in any business the principal purpose of which is the collection of any debts, or who regularly
collects or attempts to collect, directly or indirectly, debts owed or due or asserted to be owed or due
another. Notwithstanding the exclusion provided by clause (F) of the last sentence of this paragraph, the
term includes any creditor who, in the process of collecting his own debts, uses any name other than his
own which would indicate that a third person is collecting or attempting to collect such debts. For the
purpose of section 1692f(6) of this title, such term also includes any person who uses any instrumentality
of interstate commerce or the mails in any business the principal purpose of which is the enforcement of
      security interests.

At no time was Mr. ********’s account sold. However, since receipt of the first complaint World has pulled Mr.
*****’s account back from the third-party collection company.

Concerning the Mr. *********s credit report. In his first complaint the regulations cited were concerning Credit

accurate account information to the Agencies falls under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”). Mr. ********’s
account will be furnished to the Agencies through June of 2027 based on the seven-year obligation under FCRA

      Consumer: ******* *******
      Complaint ID: ********

      Dear Ms. R*****:

This letter is in response to the above-referenced complaint filed with your office on January 31, 2023. The
allegations of the complaint have been investigated.

Mr. ******* obtained this loan at ******, IL branch #**** and assigned account number ********** on April 11,
2016, in the amount of $476.00 and agreed to repay it in (7) monthly installments of $68.00 beginning May 11, 2016.
In November of 2016, the account was transferred to branch #**** and assigned account number **********.
Three payments were received totaling $224.00, and the date of first delinquency is listed as October 31, 2016. The
account was charged off due to non-payments on January 04, 2017.

In his complaint Mr. ******* stated that he has disputed this account and no response was received. World disagrees
as a debt validation request was received on July 08, 2022, to which we responded with a detailed explanation of
the account, the contract, and included a copy of the Account’s payment history. In addition, World received several
electronic disputes from the credit reporting agencies (“Agencies”). World responded to the Agencies within the
timeframe allowed by the FCRA. The most recent response was sent on February 08, 2023.

Additionally, Mr. ******* included a Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") Identity Theft Report. Protecting consumer
information is of paramount importance to World. Mr. ******* has submitted his driver’s license, social security
number and an ID Theft Report to World. World needs one more additional document in order to continue the
      investigation:

      1. Signed Police Report stating ID Theft
As such, our investigation will include, but not be limited to, contacting the issuing Police or Sherriff’s
Department to confirm their representation of the submitted materials.

Please mail these documents to the following address so that we may investigate.
      Identity Theft Complaint
      World Acceptance Corporation
      P.O. Box ****
      Greenville, SC 29606

A written response will be provided to Mr. ******* with the outcome of the investigation.

      Sincerely,

This is an important complaint for WORLD FINANCE CORPORATION situated in GREENVILLE, SC. They've recently furnished bogus as well as unverifiable details on my credit profile to the credit agencies, they don't want to complete a genuine investigation & more importantly they have yet to provide any supporting data of the discrepancies in which they are reporting. The precise record in dispute is WORLD FINANCE CORPORATION Account No. ***********... Regardless of how often I reach out to rectify the mistakes on my credit record, this organization continually ignores my dispute letters which are causing me a great deal of unwanted mental stress and anxiety. I'd like this specific erroneous info cleared from my credit record now. This has created very bad financial injury, not limited to my credit, but additionally to my good reputation. Please help me. Appreciate it.

These products have additional voluntary insurance coverages added to increase the overall cost of the loan . My complaint is that they will not tell you that these additional coverages are voluntary and will try to convince you that you need these Coverages to secure the property on the loans. If you read your contract you have 30 days to opt out of any coverages. Or you may reject coverage at the beginning. Unfortunately they try to make you think you need these coverages to secure the loan. You do not. When I requested to opt-out. They became non responsive and have since been making it very difficult to get the new loan paperwork with adjusted amounts without Coverages added sent to me so that I can pay the correct amount. I do not mind paying back the loan with interest. But not with products attached that I do not need or want. I would like for someone to call me so that this issue can be resolved. Thanks in advance.

agreed to repay it in (22) monthly installments of $142.00 beginning January 12, 2023. One payment totaling
      $200.00 was made.

here you indicate that you want Accidental D&D insurance, Credit Accident and Health Insurance, Decreasing Term
      Insurance, and **** **** ********* *******”.

Additionally, the contract contains the statement located just above your signature (attached and highlighted), “BY
