    Received chipped granite. Their solution was to fill chips. Scratches from fabricators can’t be repaired. That was their only suggestion. No new install or compensation. The slab I felt at the showroom was not what I received. I was told after installation they only guarantee that slab if I pay extra. Never told. Owner talked out of both sides of mouth. He said feel slab and later says you don’t get that one? What is the point of feeling it. The one I felt was not what he gave me. He was rude on the phone and refused to come and look at the counter. His workers lied and said I wanted nothing. I told them I would think about filling the chips. I would never recommend this company. His reviews on yelp says it all.

    Hey *****, this is now the 4th time publicly we are responding to your feedback for a job that was completed over a year ago – we are confused as to why you waited so long to mention anything. The fact that we have more 5-star ****** reviews than any other granite fabricator in the State speaks volumes to who we are and how we do business. We are still unsure why you have waited this long to communicate any issues to us about your concerns. In fact, the last communication we have from you is your completed inspection sheet that shows you examined your countertops and approved of all the work with no negative remarks. Maybe all of this is just a hint of buyer's remorse and not a quality issue since these countertops were installed over a year ago.
    When we read your first review we immediately sent our project manager and general manager to your home for further inspection. We also then had our owner of the company reach out to you personally and we have the recorded phone call that clearly highlights your unwillingness to allow us to help you. We are disappointed our efforts were not able to solve your need and understand that there is nothing further that we can do for you.
