      This would be 0 out of 5, unfortunately that wasn't an option. I'm not even one of their customers. However, one of their employees sprayed the side of my car with a leaf blower and did over $7,200+ in paint damage to my vehicle. I have filed a police report, and a complaint with the BBB. Since its personal damages they recommended seeking legal action. This company already admitted in an email of their wrongdoing proving their guilty of their actions. They offered to detail the inside and outside of my car as they were sorry for what had occurred. First of all, that's and admission of guilt, secondly detailing my car isn't going to replace my $7,200+ in damages they did. It has been a lot of back and forth and I provided them with everything they requested. Once they realized they were in the wrong they tried to contact me by phone to dissolve the paper trail. Now that I have mention taking them to court under a Civil suit since it falls within jurisdiction, they finally claim their insurance is reaching out. I can't imagine the headaches the customers go through if this is what I'm dealing with as a non-customer. I think this company needs restructured, new management, and needs to teach their employees how to CORRECTLY operate equipment. BIG FAT ZERO

      We have spent a lot of money with Green ****** our irrigation system, landscaping etc. Recently we went to purchase $800 worth of plants to be delivered and planted. Throughout them finally getting planted today- they lost our first order, miscommunicated on who would set up the installation twice, on the day they were to be installed we waited for 3 hours with no phone call until 1:30, with 10:30 scheduled as the original time. We finally got our plants today, one of the owners ***** called me today starting out the conversation nicely but then insinuating that we had been the problem on the day they were supposed to install the plants because we were not home, and totally overlooked all the phone calls we had made to correct the plants and the miscommunication. ******* from the retail store was the only one who correctly set things up. I felt we should of been compensated for all the time we had invested as customers. At that point she said she knew where this was going and hung up on a long time customer. I was in the service industry for 28 years and when we made a mistake we took care of our customers. Most importantly I would never hang up on a customer as the owner and a grown women. Very disappointing from a company we believed in and have given a lot of business and recommendations.

      I believe this is a case of mistaken companies. In the review she mentions Green ****** Our company is The Greenery Inc. She also mentions one of the owners named *****. We don't have an owner by the name of *****.
