Thank you Caleb, Jeremy and all the dent repair specialists in the shop. Thank you. Talked to Caleb in the *** parking lot was telling him that l had my claim check but didn’t have the money to take car to the shop. No money for deductible or to pay for a rental. But Caleb said that they paid deductibles up to 1000 and even had a loaner car. Got my car back and it looks brand new. So happy with their work. Thank you all again.

My experience with Platinum Hail and dent company has been absolutely amazing! Caleb came to my place, explained everything to me and I had a nice rental car for a little over a week. You repaired and restored my car with the "Highest of Quality," and now it looks shiny and almost brand new. Because of your excellent repair work, some people find it hard to believe that my car was badly damaged in the hail storm on April 20, 2024. Caleb, I will be forever grateful for the "knock on my front door," for your knowledge, your kindness, and your patient persistence that helped to convince me to entrust Platinum Hail and Dent Company to work on my hail storm dented car. I also thank you again Jeremy for your excellent service along with the added blessings of no out of pocket fees, no deductible, free rental car, and willingness to work with my insurance company. 5 starsI had recent hail damage to my car but I was willing to live with it because I couldn’t afford the deductible at the time. So when Caleb came to my door and offered their services without me having to pay a deductible, as long as it was under $1000, I was skeptical, but I prayed that I made the right decision, and boy did I ever! They did an amazing job, you can’t even tell that I had hail damage and I was able to keep the original factory paint! I did not have to pay a deductible and I had my car back within a week! I highly recommend anyone who needs to have any hail or dent repair to use Platinum Hail and Dent. Thank you guys again!
