    In August 2019, Aire Serve replaced our entire air conditioning system. Within a month of replacing the unit, they returned to replace the damper motors and control board. Since the install, we have had no issues.
    During the first week of November, we noticed that our unit was not working as expected. We were unable to reach anyone within the Aire Serv business to come and look at what was work with our unit so we contacted a different company. On November 8, 2022, Rudd came out and reviewed our unit. After a careful review, they found the source of the problem...bad control board due to improper install. The control board has a place for multiple screws to hold it down but it was only installed with one screw holding it in place. This caused the board to easily wiggle resulting is it short circuiting. Additionally, it was determined that the unit only had one of the two required 12 volt converters therefore with the board acting up, it put the entire unit in danger of failing. When Rudd left the home that day, we ended up having to shut down the unit until parts could be ordered and installed due to the unit not working correctly and the change of further damage.
    On November 17, 2022, Rudd came out and replaced the control board and converter and added an additional converter to ensure that the system would work to its fullest protentional.
    Multiple attempted to contact the company prior to contacting Rudd to have them review the unit and repair the unit, were sent into but no return contact was made. After the estimate and the repair, again multiple attempts to reach someone to discuss this matter were made but no return phone call given.
