    Terrible they are liars and rude. How can you get upset with a customer who has to call you everY week to get a status on their only vehicle. Claiming the work would be done in 3days but its been 3 weeks now. Thats a horrible estimate. I wouldnt give them one star. If someone else wasnt paying for the service I would take it somewhere else.

    The worst experience I have ever had! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My vehicle was scheduled in the first day it arrived from the mechanic, they then lied to me for over a month and a half about waiting on supplemental parts but never contacted the insurance company (meaning they had not actually worked on it), then finally 'broke it down' and called me with more work to be done and THEN contacted insurance (meaning they actual did a little work on it). They then told me it would be at least two more weeks to get it back on schedule...AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR STORAGE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT THEY WERE BACKED UP!!! They are crooks and liars BEWARE!!!! I took my truck out of there and it is now at Chandlers with some professionals!
