    Reshawn W**** (a SCREC representative) lied to us from the very beginning and sadly we just realized how dishonest he was. He would call almost every day till we signed the contract then he disappeared. Our system was partially installed, we never got an official final visit and we have been paying the loan for almost two years. We just got legal representation and are planning to sue this company and Mr. W**** personally. Awful situation.

    This company is horrible. They install was not completed once they got the check from the finance company. I never heard from the company again. I have received fines from my HOA because the install was not done properly. Now I am stuck paying for this high Dominion energy bill, and I am stuck paying for, these finance charges for the install and the equipment. The company will not respond please no one ever get involved with this company.

    Absolute horrible customer service. My microinverters stopped working and have been trying to get in contact withthem for over a week. No one has responded to calls or emails.
