Roy was punctual, which was very nice. The conversation to and from my appointment was entertaining and not as boring as I have experienced with other drivers. The respect Roy showed when buckling my seatbelt was admirable. Thank you for making my Monday not so bad

The worst transportation service. First, she was put out at the wrong medical center. then she was left to wait in the hot June sun for 3 hrs even though several phone calls were made back to the company trying to find out where was her ride. Her appointment was over at 1:30. What if she would have had a medical procedure? We finally had to come to take her home to *********, SC from *******, Ga. The young lady finally called her at 4:47 saying she was back to pick her up. She was halfway home by then.

Excellent service to provide for those needing it! The driver was courteous and helpful as well as a safe driver. She was at our home promtly and was there after the appointment promptly to bring us home. I called the number given to us to call after our appointment at dispatch and after a while the driver picked up that we should be out and she promptly picked us at the facility to transport us home.Transportation On Demand
