      I made 55 payments, paid off the loan. I have been calling since last year up until Jan 2024 asking for my title and was told now you car has been charged off and asked how could this be when I made 55 payments. I was told that I now have a *** if $201,I stated I paid over for the car youre reporting accurately to credit bureau after receiving all my payments and I asked for a supervisor on numerous occasions and was advised that they would do audit and get back with me. Now we are in October and I still dont have a title to the car that was paid off. I want compensation after making 55 payments and you have not reported my credit history correctly after receiving my payments every month, I want a refund and the title to the car that I have paid consistently for 55 payments.
