    ***** and his crew have been very responsive with several last-Short notice projects that we have had to address. Everything from stucco repair, to exterior building paint, to carpet installation, and crown molding repair, LA Construction completed in a timely, professional manner. In addition to being very dependable, ***** was thorough and upfront with the project and cost. Pricing was very fair. I would certainly recommend LA Construction for any type of commercial or home renovation project.

    Working with ***** and the LA Construction Service Team is an amazing experience.
    We own a vacation rental in Myrtle Beach and it was very “dated”. Our property manager suggested ***** and his team and I could not be more pleased. Since we were in town for a short period, ***** came over the same day. Not only did he listen to our thoughts but even more importantly, he offered “solutions”.
    He took a lot of time explaining the process and what we could expect.
    Our expectations were blown away. Our condo looks so amazing and beautiful! Since this is a rental property it was critical that the project be done on time as renters were scheduled to come in. *****’s team finished the project ahead of schedule.
    Many time when we look at “value” we think of “price”.
    I know this is a rental but we use it a lot and share with friends and family. We wanted something beautiful. The quality of their work is worth every penny.

    I just hired LA Construction Services for the first time and it will not be my last! I engaged LA Construction to complete a variety of fixes after our building was hit by a drunk driver; the work included replacing brick, siding, fascia, support posts, and guttering as well as landscape timbers that enclosed the landscaping. This was a tedious job, with many 'small' but important components. I'm sure in the grand scheme of construction jobs that this one would count in the category of being more trouble than it's worth to complete. Nonetheless, Eddie and his team were friendly, welcoming of the work, very professional, and treated the project as though it were as desirable as any other. They did a very thorough, quality job--perfectly matching the brick and siding. You would never know the building had gone through what it has. I'm very pleased and look forward to working with them again. Highly recommend!
