    This is a predatory company that takes advantage of all parking lots in the area that have contracts with them. This company is is especially predatory on the college campus and local college apartments. Taking advantage of the kids that park there and towing their cars and charging them $300 CASH ONLY to get their vehicles back. These tows are done illegally and hold the persons car at ****** to only get CASH! This company needs to be invested for it's illegal and predatory business that it runs. **** ONLY serves means hiding income and not paying taxes!

    Towed my car 10 pm at night when I parked in my hotel parking lot. Parking permit is in the car.Stupid manger takes cash only. Insulted me when pikcing up my car. No tax shown on the receipt. Definitely has tax issues too.All they ask is money, never checked my license or any paperwork to confirm the car is mine. They would definitely give my car to anyone who want to pay the towing fee.This morally despicable compnay should not exist.

    Illegally towed my oversized dodge ram from forest dunes. Minimum height for oversized parking is 6'8". I was 82". I even tried going up the ramp in garage and hit the top. Was told by towing company that the apartment complex told them to tow it or they would lose their contract with them. An ethical person would have said "this person isn't breaking any law so I won't tow it". Had to pay $160 to get my truck back. Cash only. Weird. When I spoke to the tow company, I was told they agreed with me that I was the correct size to park there but didn't want to lose their contract.
