    This business charged me to repair my ** in the car. The ** was never fixed and even they gave me a one year warranty on the job, they took my money and I had to to somewhere else to get this done.

    To Whom It May Concern,We would like to address the complaint submitted regarding Ms. ****** and her recent experience at our shop. On her initial visit with her 2013 GMC Terrain with ******* miles on it, Ms. ****** reported an issue with the a/c system and airflow in her vehicle. We diagnosed the problem and found that the blend door actuators were malfunctioning, which we then replaced after obtaining Ms. ******* approval. Following this repair, the air conditioning was functioning as intended, and Ms. ****** settled the invoice and took her vehicle.Approximately one month later, Ms. ****** contacted us to report that the air conditioning was not blowing cold air. She scheduled another appointment, during which we informed her that the refrigerant level was low. After discussing her options, Ms. ****** consented to recharge the system and have dye added to facilitate leak detection. We advised her that while no leaks were found at that time, it may take a while for the dye to circulate through the system. Ms. ****** agreed to monitor the situation.Several months passed, and Ms. ****** reached out again regarding the air conditioning issue. Upon re-evaluation, we confirmed that the refrigerant level was adequate. Further diagnostics revealed a new issue with the A/C control module, which had also caused one of the newly replaced blend door actuators to short-circuit. We communicated to Ms. ****** that this particular repair would need to be carried out by a ************** dealership, as reprogramming of the module would be ************ is important to note that the faulty blend door actuator was covered under parts warranty, and Ms. ****** was not charged for this part. We believe there may be some misunderstanding on Ms. ******* part regarding the nature of these repairs and the sequence of events that occurred.We are committed to providing excellent service and would be more than willing to further clarify the repairs performed on her vehicle.
