My mom had a water heater that went out. She called and once Avery got there, she was told 3000.00 to replace it. She called me crying because the price was so much. After hearing that they were replace the floor underneath the heater, I said OKAY. Then... she got the bill and 3000.00 turned into 6000.00. When questioned, they said there was more that needed to be done. I called the company asking for them to explain the break down. The bill had a charge of 4200 for the heater, that was commercial heater, 1800.00 to bring it in, because it took 2 people, (commercial heater, should have never been installed in her tiny house. I then asked for a receipt of the heater, as I have never seen a heater cost that much, they said they don't provide that. This ELDER ABUSE!!! She is 83 and was fooled into this installation. I spoke to GM Alex and asked for breaks downs of the charge, and still nothing. The charges don't make any sense at all. When asked about why a commercial 50 gallon take was installed, they stated it would last longer. FRAUD!!!

They came to my house for off hours for a simple shower cartridge replacement. Water was leaking. They had to be paid up front by credit card, charge $795 they were there for a short time for a simple repair. I have been told their fee was three times the going rate. I believe this was an outrageous charge
