Beware of their lying salesmen. They will tell you anything to get your the job and then they will not honor what they agreed to do. Not only will they not do what they agreed to do, the salesman will not return calls or texts to get a resolution.Modern Roofing LLC

If I ever need a new roof again, I will use Modern Roofing! A friend informed me of Modern Roofing and the great job that they did on their personal residence's roofing. I was contacted by Mr. Jabari W******, representative of Modern Roofing and he was present during the entire process of replacing my roof singles. Mr. W****** went through the entire process from filing insurance claim, discussion with claims adjuster and final approval of a great job completed by Modern Roofing. Jabari was always in contact with me and asking if I had any questions, etc. and always kept me informed of the process, which was very helpful.
The installation process, managed by Michael P***** was professional and timely. Cleanup was very complete, and my yard was in as good or not better shape than when they began, and this was all done in one day. It was amazing watching all the workers from start to finish and the transformation to a completed and beautiful roof. Thank You for a professional work and I highly recommend this 5-star company to anyone!Modern Roofing LLC

Ours was a long journey with a lot of difficulties with the insurance company, but Modern Roofing struck with us throughout and made repeated trips onto our roof to prove a new roof was needed. Finally they brought in a third party arbitrator to resolve the issue. After over 5 months I now have a new roof thanks to the efforts of Aurora T. and David S. of Modern Roofing Roofing. They should rename that pair the :"PIT BULLS" of Modern Roofing, many times I was about to give up on this battle and the continued to encourage me that we were correct to continue. Thank you for all your efforts. oh, and the roof was taken off, installed and cleaned up in a day!Modern Roofing LLC

James Reedy was the sales rep for my roof replacement. James's personable and pleasant attitude made it easy to ask questions. James always responded promptly.
I was very pleased with the care the crew took in laying down tarp around the house. They were respectful and had a positive attitude. The cleanup was fantastic! They were diligent in picking up the nails and debris.
I was also very pleased with the removal and re-installation of the solar panels. ***** *Modern Roofing LLC
