    Keep on getting mailers from this company and I have never had anything to do with them. I want all commutations to STOP immediately.

    Hello *******!

    We have checked our database and we have no record of receiving a call or any other request to remove your mailing address from our mailing list.  We mail thousands of postcards per month using public tax information for our mailing list.

    When a recipient of one of our postcards contacts our office and requests to be removed from future mailings, we are very happy to accommodate the request.  In order for us to remove the mailing address, we must ask for the address it was mailed to and once entered it can take up to two months as it runs through the cycle of already prepared postcards for the mail.

    We have used the address provided in your complaint and removed it from our database.  If this is not the correct address to be removed, please respond with the correct/alternate address and we will happily remove it from our list.  Please remember you may still receive one or two in the mail until postcards in process have been received.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Just please remove my info and address provided in the picture from y'all emails, letters, and mailers.
