  High-tech Pressure washing and SoftWash co. The owner (I can provide his ************ number if you need this information), & gave me a quote to Soft Wash our home; which I agreed to. His son did the washing on 4/21/2023 and I paid him $269.00 via check (which they cashed). After our house dried, I noticed a power film all over the house and it made our siding very blotching looking. I called the ***********************, and they came back out & his son re-sprayed it with their soft washing tool (which was almost like a mist). The owner said if that doesn't work, then wait for two rainy days, and then call. I waited until after the two rainy days and called them because the house still looks terrible. I called and left a message for them to come back out and fix it, but they haven't returned my call. I fear the product they use has discolored and permanently damaged our siding. I want our siding back to the way it was before they soft washed our home. OR - I want our money back $269.00 in cash, because I don't trust them anymore.

  This home had substantial mold and grime on its walls from not being cleaned in several years.  This job was priced on removing the mold and grime only.  We had no way of knowing that there was oxidation underneath the mold and grime.  We did return twice to make sure that all of our cleaning solution was completely rinsed off.  Our solution did not cause any white chalky residue, oxidation did.  (see attached ****** article}

  I will be willing to give a discounted price to come back and remove the oxidation.

  I am rejecting this response because:  

   Our home was power-washed the previous year.  It did not have a lot of mold build-up.  There was a white power substance on the house after their product dried. They did return, but after softly rinsing the house, the home still looks bad, especially on two sides.  They told me to wait until it rained two times before calling them back - which I did.   I will NEVER use or recommend this company again.

  What he has told you is not what he told to me.  I will accept the fact that I don't want them to return to our house.  I do want the BBB to know I am not satisfied with the product they used, and cannot in fairness to myself or other homeowners that use him, that I would recommend using this company.

  I will accept the fact that I trusted this company to do a good and safe job for our home - I accept the fact that I made a huge mistake in trusting this company.
