    This is the second time I've chosen for Davis Heating and Air. The first was for a severe Plumbing issue..But this time was because I was in need of having a clogged drain in my Aircondition Unit. I wasn't sure what the problem was but the Very knowledgeable Technician, Timothy Wilson, knew exactly what needed to be done. Without stopping he spent 4 1/2 hours to have the issue taken care of as well as adding parts to assist me with avoiding ceiling damage if it occurred without my knowing. I was so impressed by his work ethics that I signed up for a Maintenance Program. I also was quite impressed with the quick response to my request made on the Davis Website. I was shocked when a Davis representative phoned me at 10:00 PM, minutes after I submitted my request for service. She assured me that I would have Next Day Service. Sure enough Timothy arrived promptly at 1:30 PM. I could continue raving but what I wrote about were issues that other Hesting and Air Companies fell short on. BUT NOT THE CASE WITH DAVIS Heating and Air or Plumbing services..I highly recommend using Davis for all your Plumbing, Heating, and Air needs..Thank you Davis for doing an excellent job in providing Impeccable Customer Service
