  Davis is just awesome, we have had them for over 10 years and they really save my family alot of grief by servicing our air conditioner system...We also had Davis install a new gas hot water heater a couple weeks ago, and you talk about hot water for everything...wow, its the greatest. Thank you Davis for making our life even better.

  Riley and Evan were very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They were 2 gentlemen. They diagnosed the issue and solved it in a timely manner. They went the extra mile and above and beyond what I expected. In a world of contractors that seem not to like thier job, they were a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Davis Services and would ask for Riley and Evan to do the job.

  Austin H*** was my tech. He showed up on time, he was professional but where he went the extra mile for me was his performance! He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. He told me he had the parts to make the repair and then he told me he would stay and help me program my thermostat. I didn't think this was a big deal UNTIL we got into it. It was like programming a Space Shuttle launch and if he hadn't stayed to help, I still wouldn't have it done!!! Davis Services you have hit a home run with Mr. H***!!!! Really represents you guys well. I am a committed customer for life. Davis has NEVER let me down!!!!

  I’m beyond upset at the services we received. Our heat went out and with having a HVAC service contract with Duke Energy, they sent this company out. The first technician came out and evidently changed our capacitor hook to the wrong hookups. Yes our fuse box needed updating but he was trying to do a “rewire” from breaker box to unit on the side for $700 himself. I immediately called my husband who in turn called **** ****** and they said they will send a Davis electrician, that the technician that was here was only in the HVAC department. When the electrician came of course our unit was getting any power because of what the first technician, Vitalii A**********, had done who was trying to do a job on the side. Which he said he could do in one hour. After calling another company for their opinion, it was discovered that the capacitor hookups were changed around as to why our compressor was not working because it was hooked up to the fan hookup which the technician intentionally done to try to get extra money out of us. Times are hard but this is so disappointing that people that work for this company try and scam people out of their hardworking money.
