    I have taken my children to MEDCare over the years for things like strep throat, flu, Covid, broken bones, stitches, and more, and have consistently gotten excellent care. These doctors are the friendliest doctors I have ever met. My children have always felt at ease here, even though doctor visits can sometimes be scary. I highly recommend this establishment.
    It’s very easy to set up an appointment and check in ahead of time, making the office experience a matter of simply walking and waiting for one’s name to be called.

    This is not a review of the service I received. That was fine. It's a review of the billing process. I never received a paper bill, but received a billing notification by text message more than a month after my visit. I paid the bill and was emailed a receipt not from MedCare but from "**************************". The following week I received another text message asking me to pay the same bill. I called MedCare billing but they had no record of anything and couldn't explain why I was billed twice. My credit card payment went somewhere, but apparently not to them. I called the number on the receipt for "MedCare Guest Pay", but this went to "Tempest Technologies", who said they were the encryption provider for Medcare, and they couldn't help me at all. I then received another email from "Experity Health" asking me to provide proof of payment. The situation still is not resolved. This is such a convoluted billing system that at first I thought it was a scam. How many people have been double-billed by this company?

Please reach out to ************************************** with patient name and date of birth so we can streamline investigating and processing of any billing modifications. If you can also include copies of receipts or bills please do so.

    I have not received my refund from the covid test and my insurance covered it I have been contacting them since August
