      This business refuses to accept that they are billing the wrong person. There is a person in Florida that has been mistaken for me for 5 years. This business will not return phone calls and you can not speak to a supervisor. They just continue to send me past due bills. I have communicated with my health insurance to attempt to rectify the situation. This has not worked. Needing assistance to clear my name and not have this affect my health insurance and my credit.
      I have never had a chest x ray in Florida or the Carolina’s.

      I have called this business 5 times on the first bill they sent me incorrectly. I asked to speak to a supervisor each time and was denied. They indicated I would get a call back from a supervisor and no call was ever made in return to me. This business refuses to accept they are billing the wrong person.  I have legal counsel that is putting together a lawsuit against no short of 7 business for medical billing fraud.  This is a disservice to the actual patient that has medical needs. I have never used this business as I don’t live anywhere close to its location.

      On 12/27/22 was hospitalized for stroke like symptoms. I was released on 12/28/22. During the duration of my stay, I received 2 CT scans and 2 chest x-rays. I received a bill shortly after from Upstate carolina radiology for 3 CT scans and 2 chest x rays. I have reached out three times to resolve the issue and was told each time the bill should be corrected within 5-10 business days. It was been months and nothing has been corrected and I am receiving “past due” emails for my bill.

      I continue to receive bills from Upstate Radiology for $98.89. This is for and ultrasound ($55) and xrays ($43.89). The total is 98.89. I paid this through my bank, and the information is attached that shows that this payment was made. I have corresponded with *************@usradiology.com 12/7 and 12/19. He told me that he would be working to resolve this. He has not gotten back to me. Upstate Radiology is threatening to send me to a collection agency.

      3/15/23  I read the business response in which they said they were only made aware of this situation on 3/3/23.  This is obviously not true, since my correspondence about this goes back to November 2022.  You can find the November 2022 date on the downloaded correspondence that is attached to this file.  I am weary of the gaslighting and confusion that the credit bureau and Upstate Radiology Associates continue to sow about this case.  I appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter and that my good name be restored.
