    This company scams people, do not use them. I cancelled my cleaning service outside of their 48-hour rule, and they’re trying to charge me 100% of the cleaning fee of $320 because they don’t have a replacement booking.

    Shelley, we apologize for any confusion regarding our cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 business hours' notice (Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM), we charge the full reservation fee. This is because we’ve reserved the time on our schedule, and with such short notice, we are unable to allocate the hours to another client.
